Q: Some other companies have "customer reviews" on their website, Why do you not do this?

A: Because those reviews are totaly biased, ever notice that all those "customer reviews" are always on the good side for the company?
No company is perfect, not even us (BUT WE ARE CLOSE TO IT), we can give you contact information for some of our LOYAL customers that have been with us for years that will give you an unbiased review, and no they are not family or close friends that we set this up with, they are Pastor's of church's, families that have used us for 8 or 9 years, and Companies that have no reason to be biased.
WE will not tell you just what you want to here, we tell you the truth and guide you in right direction for an enjoyable event.
You will not be delivered an inflatable that is not exactly what you ordered and then tell you "well this is what we brought, if you do not want this one we can take it back, BUT YOU WILL NOT BE GETTING A REFUND"....
YES THIS HAPPENED FROM ANOTHER COMPANY!


Q: Does the price include set up and delivery?

A: Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember prices do not include sales tax. PAYMENT IS DUE AT SETUP.

Q: Do you deliver to other cities?

A: Yes, but once again please be aware that due to rising gas prices and the possible need for an extra truck and labor that travel fees can be quite high. Please call our office for a current quote.

Q: When do you set up?

A: That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the Friday before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
We also ask if there is a chance we can deliver and setup your inflatable on Friday if we get real busy, if you say yes, it is not a guarntee we will be doing that, but if we need to we have the option.

Q: We´ve rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?

A: Absolutley not!
I repair inflatables also and have seen inflatables that should go to the dump and other companies want them fixed to deliver to you, the customer. These units smell, have stains all over, are faded badly and should not be in service, but, they are.
OUR inflatables are spotless, cleaned after every use at our facility, not in your yard, and are inspected by ME to assure a quality job is done and they are as safe as possible.

There are other "business's" that are out there with lower prices that say they do the same, you get what you pay for, our units WILL NOT be brought to you with any of the following, duct tape, seam tape, mold, mildew, permanant moldy stains, blown seams, water stains, spray painted or a "new unit" that was purchased used.

Q: Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?

A: Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That´s why we require an outlet within 100´ of the unit or a generator.

Q: What payments do you take?

A: Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.

Q: What if we need to cancel?

A: If you need to cancel please give us a call as soon as possible to do so. Deposits are non refundable if you need to cancel, we will give a raincheck for the deposit that is good for 1 year from the cancellation date.


Q: How big are the jumps?

A: Most of our jumps are 15´x15´ which is a little bigger than many companies rent, we also carry 13'x13' bounce house units for those with smaller areas to setup in. Please note the space required for each jump (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumps need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can´t rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. The sizes listed with each jump include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup.

Q: What surfaces do you set up on?

A: We set up on Grass......Sorry, we can´t set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps. WE WILL NOT SET A WATERSLIDE ON ASPHALT OR CONCRETE, your childs safety is our main concern.

Q: Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?

A: Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.

Q: Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?

A: Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don´t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.

Q: We have had bad customer service before from previous rental companies, are all companies the same in this area?

A: You will not be treated this way with my company, PERIOD!

We are a family owned and operated business with morals and show EVERYONE the same respect which we are given by you, our loyal customers.
You will not be told by us where we will be setting up your inflatable or tent, that's your decision, unless it will be unsafe in the area you want it in.
You will not be charged some BOGUS fee after your event, unless the unit is in very bad shape and was misused or beyond normal condition, we have been doing this since 2004 and have only charged 2 customers for cleaning, and we sent pictures to those customers for proof of the problem.
BASICALLY, we are here to make your event easy, trouble free and treat you like friends not customers.
